George Schneidmuller PLA, ASLA, ISA
Director of Design
George joined OSD in 2015, bringing a strong combination of creativity, technical expertise, and field experience to the firm. As Director of Design, he provides leadership and design direction across a wide range of projects, including residential and commercial developments, educational and religious campuses, public spaces, and park planning. In his role, George works closely with OSD’s landscape designers and project managers to guide projects through the design process, engaging directly with clients from concept through construction to ensure each project is both functional and visually compelling.
George earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Clemson University with a minor in Horticulture. An ISA Certified Arborist and active member of the International Society of Arboriculture, he integrates environmental awareness and sustainable design practices into every project. He also serves his community as a board member of the City of Charleston Board of Zoning Appeals, Site Design.
Outside of work, George enjoys exploring local parks, the beach, and mountain trails with his wife and two sons.
