Allen joined OSD in the Spring of 2021, bringing with him a deep passion for garden design and horticulture. A lifelong gardener with experience spanning from large public gardens to private landscapes, Allen has developed lasting relationships with his clients by working closely to understand their unique visions. He strives to create landscapes that grow and evolve beautifully over time, harmonizing with the daily life of the homeowner.

Allen earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, with a Minor in Horticulture from the University of Georgia. He is a registered Landscape Architect in South Carolina and a member of the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art. Outside of the office, Allen enjoys walking through downtown Charleston with his wife Nicole, hosting family and friends, gardening, and finding inspiration through travel.
